Family Owned and operated by Mike and Mary Burnette,  owners of Century 21 Country Gold since 1984.

The land was purchased in 2006 and construction of the Plaza began in the summer of 2007. The Plaza has several phases, including the new Century 21 Country Gold Real Estate Office and the first 110 storage units, available March 2008.
