| What are your prices and sizes? | We have 110 units with four (4) different sizes to choose from; 10x10, 10x15, 10x25 and 10x30. The cost of the units are determined by size. Some units can be accessed from both sides and are double deep. |
| What are the hours I can get in? | 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. |
| How long can I rent for? | As long as you want, 1 month is minimum. |
| Do they leak water? | No guarantee against water leaks. Roofs are called a Standing Seam Roof Panel engineered against leaking. Buildings are elevated above driveways and we placed a drip edge on the floor. Driveways are slanted for good water drainage. |
| What about Rodents? | Rodents are found
everywhere. We have no creeks or garbage dumpsters
onsite that would attract rodents. |
| Is there heat or climate controlled storage spaces? | No. Our buildings have insulation in the roof to keep condensation off and promote a dry atmosphere. |
| Why do I need a padlock if you have security? | You want to protect your stored belongings and prevent anyone from opening your door. No insurance company will reimburse your loss if there was no forcible entry. |
| How do I know what size of space is the right one? | An average number of
rooms of furniture will fit into each size of
space, for example 2 or 3 rooms in a 10x10 space. |
| When is my rent due and do you send me a bill? | Your rent starts on the
day you rent your space, is prorated until the 1st
of the next month and it is due that day
every month thereafter.
We allow a five (5) day grace period before
payment is considered late and a late fee will be charged as posted in the Rental Office on the 6th day. Your post marked envelope for payment is proof of mailing your payment. NO NOTICE WILL BE SENT ADVISING YOU THAT YOUR RENT IS DUE. |
